What can you fix for free?
One agreed improvement to an existing Shopify store. That could be a product-page change, a product-feed issue or a mobile shopping problem. We confirm what is included before starting.
Do we need a new Shopify store?
Not necessarily. We review the store you have and recommend changes where they are needed. A full rebuild is a separate decision.
Is the improvement really free?
Yes. Our work on the agreed improvement is free. Advertising spend and paid tools are not included, and we explain any required costs before you decide.
Do we have to hire you afterwards?
No. There is no ongoing commitment. If you want help with more work, we agree the scope and price separately.
Will you need access to our store?
Usually, yes. We agree on the account access needed for the work before starting. You approve the change before it is published.
Do you only work with businesses in Victoria?
We are based in Victoria and can work remotely with retailers elsewhere in Canada.
